EK-SERIES HYDRAULIC SERVO MOTOR ENERGY SAVING
With an R&D team of 60 engineers, BOLE Machinery spent three years in the development of the EK Series machines which first launched in 2008.
In 2010, the third generation super energy-saving servo motor EK Series was introduced to offer greater cost effectiveness, along with an array of technological innovations. In 2016 BOLE introduced the EK II to the EK Series.
Continuing its push toward excellence and precision technology, in 2018 BOLE introduced the EK-S Series to the market offering high efficiency and low energy consumption. With over 60 technical innovations combined with the use of Servo Driven Motors, BOLE offers high-efficiency and low energy consumption. Featuring BOLE’s innovative patented Central Clamping System (CCS) technology, these highly successful EK Series injection molding machines have captured the attention of the injection molding world.

Central Clamping Structure
- Eliminates external bending and keeps the force parallel: protects moulds and improves accuracy. The forces work parallel to the centre of the mould:
- Avoiding product flash when small moulds are used in large machines.
- Reduces Tonnage required (tonnage loss due to deflection), this in turn reduces the load on the pump, and therefore achieves better energy savings.
- Completely overcomes the deformation of platens due to the balanced forces.
- Ejector Stroke is not limited by toggles, easier for installation and maintenance.
- Opening stroke increased by 10-20%+
