New Employees and Exclusive Agents for BOLE Machinery, Inc. and BOLE Injection Molding Machines
BOLE Machinery USA is happy to announce the hiring of two Regional Sales Managers to help us better-serve our customers and potential customers throughout the United States.
Jason Gaskill will serve as the Regional Sales Manager – West. Larry Davis will be Bole’s Regional Sales Manager – Central. Both Jason and Larry have extensive careers with Milacron and Engel and will provide BOLE Machinery USA with excellent sales and customer service coverage.
Additionally, BOLE Machinery USA has brought on-board Stamp One Inc., a manufacturers’ representative company and distributor of metal stamping equipment, die/mold components, injection molding machinery equipment, mold tooling and tool room supplies, among others. Stamp One is based in Cranston, RI and reps from the company will cover the New England territory. John Blackmar is the president of Stamp One and Robert Rivers is the company’s sales manager.
Larry Davis commented that he joined BOLE due to the excellence of the injection molding machines, which are “extremely well engineered.” He added that he is “impressed with their capabilities and quality," and he’s "excited to get out in the field and explain those features to potential customers." Davis was formerly with another European-based molding machine manufacturer. Given that BOLE’s injection molding machines are “German engineered,” Davis feels very comfortable with the outstanding capabilities of the BOLE machinery. Davis will cover the region that includes North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois.
Jason Gaskill, based in the Pacific Northwest, will cover the Western regions – a big territory but Gaskill says he is very excited about re-entering the plastics industry after his career in another market segment. One of the big reasons Gaskill was attracted to BOLE Machinery is being able to work with Alfred Rak, BOLE Machinery Inc.’s president and CEO. “I’m excited about the opportunity to work with someone so long-tenured and well-respected in the industry as Alfred."
However, Gaskill also noted that BOLE’s injection molding machinery features & capabilities provided great value for the price. “It’s a well-thought-out machine for a very good price; well-appointed machines and a very potent line of machinery directly focused at the core of the market for general-purpose molding machines. The business model Alfred has put together for the Western region looks to be an aggressive growth plan and is something I can get behind.”
Rak commented that he is excited about the addition of sales staff, headed by Sales Director Cyril Liang and Sales Manager Sam DeBartolo. “I am excited about the staff that BOLE Machinery Inc. has put together over the past year. We have a team of experienced personnel with many years of injection molding sales and service expertise that will be an asset as BOLE moves forward in the U.S. market,” says Rak.
