RJG INC. INSTALLS NEW BOLE 100 EKS INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE IN NORTH CAROLINA TRAINING FACILITY

Gibsonville, North Carolina, June 5, 2020: RJG Inc. is proud to announce the addition of its newest consignment machine in the Gibsonville, NC training facility. The BOLE 100 EKS C340 is a servo-driven hydraulic injection molding machine with 110 tons of clamping force, a 3.6 oz. barrel, and 45432 psi of available injection pressure. The new BOLE machine from BOLE Machinery Inc. (Stow, Ohio) replaces one of the older machines at RJG’s training facility.

The servo-driven hydraulic system offers high-efficiency and low-energy consumption. The new press also features BOLE’s innovative, patented Central Clamping System (CCS) technology, and floating tie bar design.

“We appreciate the opportunity to showcase BOLE’s 100 EKS injection molding machine in our lab,” said Marty Key, Consultant/Trainer at RJG. “This consignment machine allows us to introduce and train our students on the very latest technology available today.”

Changes in the resin lot mean changes the material profile. It’s proven that once the molder sets a profile to make a good part, that profile is locked into the e-Dart system to provide lot-to-lot part consistency. According to Alfred Rak, president of BOLE Machinery Inc.,  the e-Dart system represents a technology that only 2-3% of the injection molding industry uses. “BOLE will be offering the RJG e-Dart module as standard on BOLE machinery, and will also offer retrofits for the RJG e-Dart system on older BOLE machinery,” Rak commented.

The BOLE 100 EKS injection molding machine will be used in RJG’s Essentials, Fundamentals of Systematic Molding, DECOUPLED MOLDING® Workshop, and Master Molder®I and II courses. Students will be able to interact with the machine in a variety of ways in order to put into practice what they learn in the classroom. This hands-on learning increases retention and provides students with tangible knowledge they can bring back to the plant floor.
